Located at 800 Third Avenue in Midtown Manhattan, this 22nd-floor office renovation transformed an existing tenant space into a refreshed and highly functional workplace environment. Wilton CMGC executed a comprehensive interior build-out that modernized the layout while improving both efficiency and aesthetics throughout the floor.

The project began with the full demolition of existing finishes, partitions, ceilings, and fixtures to prepare the space for a new configuration. Our team constructed new metal-stud partitions with gypsum board and insulation, installed updated ceiling systems, and integrated carpentry elements to support the new layout. The renovation also included installation of new wood doors and hardware, broadloom carpeting throughout offices and corridors, and wood flooring in the pantry area to create a warm, contemporary feel. Interior walls, ceilings, and trim were professionally finished with fresh paint, while mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems were modified and upgraded to align with the new floor plan. The completed build-out delivers a modern, efficient office space designed to support the tenant’s day-to-day operations while maintaining the high standards expected in a premier Midtown office building.
