Wilton CMGC is proud to have brought L’appartement 4F’s second location to life in the heart of the West Village. Known for its viral mini croissant cereal, signature sourdough bread, and buttery croissants, L’appartement 4F has captured the hearts of foodies across the city.

From design to completion, Wilton Construction as the general contractor meticulously executed every detail, ensuring the bakery’s signature Parisian charm seamlessly translated to its new West Village home. Our team worked closely with L’appartement 4F’s owners to ensure every detail was executed to perfection. Throughout the build-out, we encountered a variety of challenges. However, with our experience, creativity, and commitment to quality, we were able to overcome each hurdle, delivering a seamless, high-quality finished space.

The space mirrors the cozy, inviting atmosphere of the original Brooklyn location, with a focus on the window takeaway experience. Freshly baked pastries spill out onto the street, offering a true taste of Paris on the go. Wilton CMGC was honored to deliver a seamless build-out, capturing the essence of this beloved French bakery and providing New Yorkers with an authentic Parisian experience right in the heart of New York City.
